Your choices.
Our commitment.
Support should respect who you are, what matters to you and how you want to live.
You have a right to be heard.
- Be treated with dignity and respect, without discrimination.
- Make informed choices about supports and who is involved.
- Have your culture, communication needs and privacy respected.
- Give or refuse consent and discuss changes to your support.
- Use an advocate, interpreter or authorised representative.
- Raise concerns and complaints without retaliation.
Clear agreements and shared goals
Before regular support starts, we discuss service suitability, funding arrangements, goals, schedules, prices, travel and cancellation terms. Your agreed supports are documented in a service agreement and support plan. Reviews are agreed with you and can also follow changed needs or concerns.
Safe, appropriate support
Our policies require screening and competency checks appropriate to each role, worker induction, supervision, risk assessment, incident management and accurate records. Services must remain within our scope, workforce capability and safe delivery arrangements.
Learning and improving
Participant feedback, complaints, incidents and service reviews inform quality improvement. Governance reviews track risks, decisions and actions. Website information supports clear communication; registration and audit outcomes depend on implementation and evidence.
Understanding NDIS arrangements
We discuss your plan management arrangements and the supports you are seeking before confirming eligibility, service acceptance and pricing. Registration group numbers describe the service scope in our company documents; they are not a certificate of current registration.
